We may still offer financial incentives such as compensation payments for the collection or retention of personal information. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information. You may also make a request to know or delete on behalf of your child.  

You may only submit a request to know twice within a twelve (12) month period. Sun Evolutions may refuse consumer requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character. 

We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.  

The information disclosed will cover the twelve (12) month period preceding our receipt of your verifiable consumer request. If you request information beyond that period to be disclosed, we will provide you with that information so long as doing so does not prove to be impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort. Your right and our obligation to provide information beyond the 12-month period shall only apply to personal information collected on or after January 1, 2022. 

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a reasonable fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
